Located on six acres on a historic farm in New Carlisle, OH, A Secret Garden is a full-service event and wedding venue that’s the perfect location for corporate events, company picnics, family reunions and any large event where being surrounded by fresh air and beautiful farmland is a prerequisite.

Canopy Creek Farm

Located between Dayton and Cincinnati in Miamisburg, Ohio, Canopy Creek Farm is the perfect setting for your next outing or company picnic. The farm sits on 24 beautiful acres with multiple sites for every type of celebration or event.
The Reception Barn has a 36’ vaulted ceiling with oversized chandeliers. There’s also a full kitchen and amenity restrooms. Overall the Reception Barn is 6300 square feet and seats 250. Guest table and chairs are also provided. There’s more than enough room for all the seating as well as a DJ and dance floor or anything else you might need.

The perfect location for a company picnic or team building activity! The Lodge is capable of accommodating up to 60 people. For larger groups (up to 800) seating and tents can be arranged. You bring the entertainment, activities and food. The Lodge will provide an unforgettable day. This is a truly amazing way to show your employees that they are appreciated. Lake View Acres

Lake View Acres is the perfect place for parties of less than 200. It’s located in Lebanon, OH 35 miles south of Dayton, OH. It’s a great fit for medium-sized company picnics, school reunions, graduation parties and seminars.
The pavillion features include a 60ft x 60ft covered area and 10 picnic tables. Other amenities include:

Lake View Acres also has cabin rentals and free WiFi. Area attractions are nearby too – you’re just minutes away from Caesar’s Creek, Kings Island and everything that downtown Cincinnati has to offer.
While catering more to hiking and biking, Huffman park also has picnic areas with first come, first serve shelters that will accommodate small to mid-sized groups. Activities include cycling, Fishing, boating, and other nature related activities.
Hills & Dale Park

Rolling hills, dense woodlands, flowing creeks, wildflowers and wetlands are just a few of the things that you can experience while at Hills & Dale MetroPark.
For groups picnicing or who want to enjoy a company outing outside there’s the Paw Paw Camp. The camp has a large shelter, modern restrooms, grills and a fireplace. Community Golf Course is just a few minutes away!

The 43-acre Island MetroPark is an urban oasis located in downtown Dayton and filled with beautiful landscape features and mature tree growth, a rich cultural heritage, many recreation amenities and opportunities and a waterway that borders both sides of the park. Located along the Stillwater River, this 88-acre area of the Dayton offers gorgeous formal gardens, a children’s garden and woodland walks. Shelters are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Art Van Atta Park

Art Van Atta Park rests on 148 is a great place for a company picnic. They have three lighted softball diamonds, six tennis courts, four volley ball courts and a full-sized basketball court. They also have four shelters including one with fireplace. You can also try your luck at fishing in the pond. There’s no license required!

Possum Creek is a 580 acre park located in Dayton. Amenities include fishing, hiking, camping, horseback riding and picnicking. The shelters are available but on a first serve basis only.
